Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• We offer free size and color exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us before shipping your item back to confirm availability.
• Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Mouthguards, groin guards, and other hygiene-sensitive protective gear
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@nukeprogear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
